Support and Disputes
For anything about a live event - check-in problems, score submissions, disputes and appeals - use the support channel in our Discord server. That is the fastest route during an event, and it keeps a record staff can review.

Appeal windows are described in the Competition Rules.
Never share account credentials. Arcane Tourneys staff will never ask for your game or platform password, your two-factor authentication codes, or any account recovery code. Anyone who asks is not acting for Arcane Tourneys - report it through the support channel immediately.

Our Discord server is where events are announced, teams check in, and support requests are handled.
