Arcane Tourneys

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Arcane Tourneys website, our Discord community, and the competitions we run.

Effective date: September 16, 2026Last updated: September 16, 2026

01Acceptance of Terms

By using the Arcane Tourneys website, joining our Discord server, or entering one of our competitions, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Competition Rules, the Code of Conduct and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enter our events.

02Eligibility and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for making sure you are eligible to take part in an event before you enter, including any age and regional requirements posted for that event. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for keeping it current.

03Accounts, Discord and Credentials

You are responsible for activity that takes place through your Discord account, your game accounts and your platform accounts in connection with our events.

Never share account credentials. Arcane Tourneys staff will never ask for your game or platform password, your two-factor authentication codes, or any account recovery code. Anyone who asks is not acting for Arcane Tourneys - report it through the support channel immediately.

Arcane Tourneys does not collect, request or store game account passwords, console passwords, or two-factor authentication codes. Sharing credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be staff, is prohibited and may also breach the terms of the game or platform you use.

04Rules Incorporated by Reference

The Competition Rules, each event page, and the Code of Conduct form part of these terms. Where an event page and these terms differ on a competition matter, the event page governs for that event.

05Content You Submit

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as team names, logos, clips and screenshots. You grant Arcane Tourneys the licence described in the Competition Rules so we can run, broadcast, document and promote our events.

You must have the rights to everything you submit. Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights, including copyrighted music in a video. We may remove submitted content that breaches these terms or the Code of Conduct.

06Intellectual Property

Arcane Tourneys owns its original branding, website design, original artwork, text, graphics, code, and event materials. Third-party names, game titles, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from Arcane Tourneys original material without permission, other than normal personal use of the site.

Arcane Tourneys is independently organized and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Activision Publishing, Inc., Call of Duty, Call of Duty: Warzone, Call of Duty League, World Series of Warzone, or Esports World Cup. Any reference to a game title on this site identifies the game a competition is played in. It does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization or affiliation. See the full Independent Organizer Notice.

08Prohibited Conduct

When using the site or taking part in our events, you must not:

  • Break the Code of Conduct or the competitive-integrity rules
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our accounts, or another participant's accounts
  • Interfere with the site, our Discord, our brackets, or our score records
  • Scrape, overload or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate Arcane Tourneys staff or another participant
  • Use the site or our events for unlawful purposes

09Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the site or our events will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue site features, and we may change, reschedule or cancel events as described in the Competition Rules.

10Limitation of Liability

In plain language: we run community competitions, and we do our best to run them well, but we cannot be responsible for everything that might go wrong around them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Arcane Tourneys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, lost data, or problems caused by your hardware, your internet connection, a game or platform outage, or the acts of other participants. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
