Arcane Tourneys has not yet published its refund and cancellation terms. Nothing on this page states, varies or replaces any term that may apply to a registration.

Until this policy is published, questions about a registration or a cancelled event should go to the support channel, where staff will respond individually.

02If an Event Is Changed or Cancelled

Arcane Tourneys may delay, reschedule, modify or cancel an event where needed for competitive integrity, participant safety, technical failure, force majeure, or circumstances outside the organizer's control. This is described in the Competition Rules.

Where an event is changed or cancelled, we announce it in the Arcane Tourneys Discord announcements channel and contact affected teams.
